Polish Cusine is substantial, spicy, rich in meats, especially chicken and pork often served with potatoes or vegetables on the side. Most meals consist of three courses. Visiting Poland and not trying at least one of these would be like going to San Francisco and not visiting the Golden Gate Bridge.

Leaving tips at the restaurants is not required. Of course, no waiter will turn down some extra cash, but you won't get chased if you don't.
